It was such a pleasure to photograph Ingrid and William's Timaru wedding after having to postpone in April due to Covid Lockdown. October 2nd 2020 was certainly a celebration to remember!
Impeccably organised with Ingrid's stunning attention to detail, everything ran super smoothly along with the help of Georgia from Gia Creative. It was such a fun morning! The guys started the day off with a bang...literally!...with clay bird shooting, whilst the girls got ready at Ingrid's family home.
Their beautiful ceremony was held at St Thomas's Church in Timaru, followed by afternoon celebrations back out at Kerrytown in an elegant clear marquee by Truly Yours Events. Ingrid had spent months drying flowers in preparation to decorate the marquee, whilst Smitten with Love designed all the stylish table menus, signs and stationery for the day. The overall result was simply breath taking!
Later in the afternoon when their guests were indulging in some divine cuisine by Moveable Feasts, we popped down to the river for some bridal portraits at a very special spot where Ingrid and William got engaged. I love how much this place meant to you both and being able to capture that emotion and relive the moment but as husband and wife, was such a privilege.
